How to do ?
To book your trip each participants need to make an advance payment of 50% of their individual amount.
You can wire the money on our company bank account in India. The details of the Bank and account will be communicated by email.
If you are several perticipants from the same country we recommend you to collect the money from everyone into a single bank account and then make the international transfer. That would reduce the cost of transfer.
The balance can be paid either before your departure via the same way or in cash on arrival.
In case your cancel your trip the following cancellation policy will be applied :
Before 4 months from day 1 you will be reimbursed the paid amount minus 10,000 INR as administrative fee.
From 4 months to 2 months before day 1 you will be reimbursed 50 % of your advance payment.
2 months before day 1 or less there will be no refund of your advance payment.
